ESN Metropolia is pleased to announce the new face of the board 2017. We welcomed 3 new enthusiastic members, Rosa Huhtamaki as President, Ilja Penkin as Vice President and Shazam Kasher as Events Coordinator while saying goodbye to 2 old members, Shahid Khan (former President) and Tetyana Ny (former Communications Manager) in December 2016.
We took the liberty of asking the current board a few questions to get to know them

What are you crazy about? / What do you like to do?
My laziest free time looks like binge watching shows (some favorites include; the Addams Family, IT Crowd, the
Boosh etc.) while either playing video games or working on my craft projects. Usually it evolves around drawing and painting. I also collect comics and books. My favorite author is Terry Pratchett. I also do try to drag myself to the gym or do some kind of exercise but we all know how tough that can be at times :)

What are your goals/aim for ESN Metropolia?
My goal is to help make ESN Metropolia a clear and dynamic association where our exchange students can find
support and our local students find find activities to do in a multicultural atmosphere. ESN is a beautiful international family and I want to be able to provide that feeling at our UAS. I hope that we would be easily reached for any
issues even if a student is not sure if we are the right people to ask - but we will help find the right source regardless!
